Generational Agency Refund Policy

 
 

Refund Policy

​

By making a payment for any event, program, service, or product (collectively referred to as the “Purchase”) offered by Generational Agency (“the Agency”), you acknowledge, accept, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests are only eligible if submitted before the event or program start date.

  • Once the event or program has commenced — or access to materials, services, or platforms has been granted — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 

  • All payments made after 01 of August 2025, will be subjected to credit within the agency

2. Requesting a Refund

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing, either by email or official correspondence.

  • Each request must include:

    • Full name of the purchaser

    • Date of purchase

    • Name of the event, program, service, or product purchased

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 business days, subject to internal processing procedures and the location of the funds.

  • For international programs, processing may require 30 to 90 days, due to additional banking procedures or verification requirements.

3. Non-Attendance

  • Failure to attend an event or program without prior written cancellation will result in a non-attendance fee, retained by the Agency.

  • Recommended retention: 30% of the total purchase amount.

  • The remaining balance (if eligible under Section 1) may be refunded according to the processing timelines outlined above.

4. After the Event or Program Begins

  • No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided after the event or program has started.

  • This applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Non-attendance

    • Scheduling conflicts

    • Illness or personal emergencies

    • Inability to participate for any reason

5. Cancellations or Postponements by the Agency

  • If Generational Agency cancels an event or program before its start date, you will receive either:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer your registration to a future event or program.

  • If an event or program is postponed, you may:

    • Request a full refund before the new start date, or

    • Transfer your registration to another offering by the Agency.

6. Non-Transferability of Refunds

  • Approved refunds apply only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another individual.

  • Transfers to a different event or program are permitted only within Generational Agency’s offerings and must be requested before the original event/program start date.

7. Agreement

By completing a payment for any event, program, service, or product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy in full.
